How I Deal with People
I am assertive as most people and while I generally know your own mind I am unlikely to force my views onto other people. I try to imbalance getting things done and at the same time be sensitive to other people’s feelings. In general, I will not want to upset other people and I will try to avoid conflicts and disagreements when possible. If people are getting in my way however, I may say what I think in order to get my own way. I will generally try to avoid criticising other people, but I will criticise their work if I think it’s necessary. I am as sociable and friendly as most people and will be as happy to work with other people as I am to work on my own. While I enjoy the opportunity to discuss a problem with other people, I may at times prefer to work on my own and avoid the distraction of others. While I like to be surrounded by people, I also like to spend time by myself. I however prefer a work environment which allows me to be with others.
